A top former civil servant has said proposals for a One Yorkshire devolution settlement for the region should be considered.

AFTER many years of difficult discussions, Yorkshire can finally see a path towards devolution for all of its sub-regions.

Lord David Blunkett gave these comments to the thirteenth meeting of the One Yorkshire Committee on 7th January 2021.
